Thank you for sharing A Golden Age with me. Although we grew up hearing the stories of liberation from our elders, in my generation, it is not always in our consciousness ~ as the reason behind our Bengali existence. Once in a while it pops up in a conversation . While reading this book, I became aware again and felt happy that many like you will know about our struggle to freedom
